In this role you will design and operate scalable, secure Azure platforms, enabling robust IT solutions at scale. You will work with cross-functional teams to automate infrastructure and optimize data workloads within Azure, delivering reliable cloud capabilities aligned with business goals. You will shape CI/CD processes and ensure security and performance of Azure SQL and Synapse environments. This is a hands-on opportunity to impact platform reliability and data engineering at Allianz Technology.

Responsabilidades

Design and optimize scalable, secure Azure cloud platforms
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Terraform
Manage and optimize Azure SQL Data Warehouse / dedicated SQL pool
Develop and maintain T-SQL scripts (procedures, functions, queries)
Utilize SQLPackage (dacpac) for deployment and version control
Review and improve team code for best practices and performance
Ensure compliance with security standards and policies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data solutions

Requisitos principales

Solid experience in Azure Synapse and SQL DW / dedicated SQL pool
Terraform proficiency
Scripting in Bash and PowerShell; strong JSON/YAML understanding
Familiarity with Python, networking, security hardening, Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Azure Data Factory is a plus
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields (or equivalent)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaborative skills
