In this M&A-focused role based in Madrid, you support a leading European bank’s Infrastructure, Transportation and Environment advisory practice. You contribute across the deal lifecycle from marketing to execution, ensuring materials are accurate and timely while developing client relationships. You will work with cross-functional teams and regulators to maintain high standards and identify new opportunities. This role offers exposure to high-profile transactions and a collaborative, professional environment with a strong compliance culture.

Responsabilidades
- Support the full M&A process from marketing through execution
- Prepare and ensure quality, timely deal materials
- Assist in valuation and modelling activities
- Contribute to marketing efforts and business development
- Conduct background industry and company research and synthesize information
- Interact with clients, lawyers and co-advisors at appropriate levels
- Build and maintain internal networks
- Ensure regulatory and corporate training is completed and up-to-date
- Adhere to bank policies and regulatory requirements
- Support risk and conduct initiatives within the team
Requisitos principales
- At least 3 years in Mergers & Acquisitions at a top-tier bank, boutique, or Big Four
- Understanding of M&A products including structuring, valuation, and capital events
- Ability to develop client relationships and market awareness
- Proficiency in financial modelling (integrated statements, comps, DCF, LBO)
- Strong communication skills tailored to audience
- IT literacy in Microsoft Office; experience with investment banking databases (Factset, Dealogic, Bloomberg)
- Willingness to take on greater responsibilities and drive results
- Proactive, transparent, and accountable; strong conduct awareness and decision-making
