Experteer Overview
As a Senior 3D Environment Artist at Gameloft you will shape immersive, realistic game worlds from concept to in-game integration. You’ll balance performance and visual quality while collaborating with design teams to meet artistic direction. You’ll own environment creation, optimization, and technical tasks, driving efficient workflows and mentoring junior teammates. This role places you at the intersection of art and tech within a global, inclusive studio known for cross-platform titles. You’ll have the chance to contribute to high-profile franchises and scalable environments in a growth‑oriented, international environment.

Responsabilidades
- Model, texture and integrate in-game environments based on concepts and art direction
- Develop environments from Whitebox to final pass focusing on performance vs. visual quality
- Keep textures/materials within technical parameters and guidelines
- Maintain organized levels and handle technical tasks (probes, sub-systems)
- Improve data/workflow optimization and collaborate with design teams during level implementation
- Track and fix bugs during and after level creation
- Mentor and support junior team members
Requisitos principales
- +5 years of game production experience with shipped titles
- Portfolio demonstrating realistic 3D environment art or ability to adapt to realistic styles
- Proficiency in 3ds Max, Substance suite and ZBrush; Blender optional
- Skilled in creating PBR assets and PBR workflow
- Strong eye for detail and asset organization
- Knowledge of general video game art standards
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
