In this role you drive growth for Etex’s HTI segment across Spain and Portugal, selling to distributors, installers and refractory customers while working with a European team to align value propositions with segment strategies. You will develop a sales pipeline, maintain key accounts, and collaborate with technical and commercial groups to deliver value-added solutions. The role is remote with extensive regional travel and offers a path to lead growth within a mission-driven, sustainability-focused company.
Responsabilidades
- Sell and promote HTI products to meet sales and revenue targets for the BU/Division
- Target distributors, installers and refractory markets (steel/glass production)
- Source new opportunities via inbound leads and outbound calls across channels
- Manage selected customer segments to grow revenue and margin
- Collaborate with European segment managers to align value propositions
- Identify targets and build a qualified pipeline; keep CRM updated
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients; drive KAM and long-term relationships
- Determine customer technical/commercial needs to offer sustainable solutions
- Work with technical support to deliver valuable product solutions
- Contribute to and execute sales plans to reach goals and increase market share
- Track progress against targets and adjust efforts as needed
Requisitos principales
- Demonstrable experience in business development in construction or HTI-related segments
- Strong professional network and ability to influence and build relationships
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, prioritisation and organisational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Willingness to travel within the region and perform remotely while meeting targets
- Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is advantageous
- A technical or engineering qualification is desirable
