In this role you will define and oversee security risk management capabilities across AXA entities, collaborating with executive stakeholders to reduce risk and improve resilience. You will shape a converged risk framework for information security, operational resilience, and vendor risk, while promoting a risk-aware culture. You’ll work with a global team to advise on risk-driven business decisions and strengthen security governance. This is a chance to contribute to AXA’s tech-led transformation and protect customers, operations, and brand at scale.

Responsabilidades

Define requirements and capabilities for security risk management and vendor security risk.
Support reduction and prioritization of security activities across the Group.
Monitor security risks and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.
Develop and sustain Security Risk Management maturity and risk awareness.
Act as trusted advisor to support risk-driven business decisions.
Design and improve a converged Security Risk framework and related methodologies/tools.
Provide training and support for local Security Risk Management Framework implementations.
Identify Group-wide transversal risks and advise on risk reduction strategies.
