In this role you will coordinate security incidents, including outages and cyber events, to protect business operations and ADP’s brand. You act as the single point of contact, aligning business units, global security, communications, and legal teams within the incident response framework. You drive timely execution, maintain incident documentation, and ensure compliance with policies. This position supports client service levels, regulatory obligations, and cross-functional collaboration to improve response processes and-root cause analysis.
Responsabilidades
- Coordinate outages, cyber incidents, and third-party events with stakeholders across GETS, GSO, and Global Payroll teams under policy guidelines
- Develop and contribute to incident communication content for root cause analyses and client-facing talking points
- Maintain the security incident management process and documentation in a central repository
- Track, update, and report incident details to relevant parties and leadership
Requisitos principales
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years in operations, security, risk, compliance, or related discipline
- Experience in incident management and response with containment and investigation documentation
- Background in financial services, HR/payroll, or business process outsourcing
- Ability to pass an advanced background check
