Responsabilidades

  • Hire, coach, and lead a high-performing SDR team for the French market
  • Collaborate with Head of Sales to align SDR goals with company objectives
  • Conduct regular call reviews, provide actionable feedback and track KPIs
  • Foster motivation and ensure targets are met or exceeded
  • Continuously optimize sales development processes using data-driven insights
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to support effective customer conversations

Requisitos principales

  • Extensive experience in business development, inside sales, or customer success within a SaaS company
  • At least 1 year of experience managing a sales team with proven KPI improvements
  • Consistent history of achieving 100%+ of sales targets
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with multitasking ability
  • Highly motivated, adaptable, and able to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Native French speaker with excellent English communication skills
  • Empathetic, passionate leadership with a positive attitude
