As SDR Manager for the French Market, you will build and lead a high-performing SDR team to drive pipeline and revenue. Responsabilidades

Hire, coach, and lead a high-performing SDR team for the French market
Collaborate with Head of Sales to align SDR goals with company objectives
Conduct regular call reviews, provide actionable feedback and track KPIs
Foster motivation and ensure targets are met or exceeded
Continuously optimize sales development processes using data-driven insights
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to support effective customer conversations

Requisitos principales

Extensive experience in business development, inside sales, or customer success within a SaaS company
At least 1 year of experience managing a sales team with proven KPI improvements
Consistent history of achieving 100%+ of sales targets
Strong organizational and time management skills with multitasking ability
Highly motivated, adaptable, and able to learn in a fast-paced environment
Native French speaker with excellent English communication skills
Empathetic, passionate leadership with a positive attitude
