In this role you will empower two agile teams to become high-performing, self-organized units within Roche’s healthcare software environment. You will translate agile ways of working across teams and the broader company, driving continuous improvement and transparency. You’ll facilitate agile ceremonies, manage risks, and foster a learning culture, all while contributing to meaningful medical software initiatives. Responsabilidades
- Empower up to two teams to become self-organized and high-performing.
- Improve ways of working to enable efficient, effective, and sustainable delivery.
- Increase collaboration, predictability, and visibility across teams and the company.
- Enable quick, balanced decision-making within teams.
- Organize and facilitate productive agile ceremonies, meetings, and workshops.
- Guide teams in identifying and managing risks.
- Foster a learning culture with open feedback.
- Mentor development team members on Agile, Lean, Kanban, SAFe, and Scrum principles and practices.
Requisitos principales
- At least 5 years of full-time Agile Coach/Scrum Master experience.
- At least 7 years of experience in product development.
- Experience with SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, XP, SAFe.
- SAFe 6.0 Certification.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, storytelling, presentation, and influencing abilities.
- Ability to recognize and help resolve team and cross-team conflicts and impediments.
- Technical background: experience in software development and/or a technical degree.
