As a Satcom Payload Engineer, you will contribute to SATCOM payload projects by shaping Ground Segment Software from a system view. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and ensure integration and performance of system components. The role combines technical rigor with project leadership to deliver on scope, budget, and timelines. This position offers the chance to influence space-grade software processes and collaborate internationally in a growth-focused company.

Responsabilidades

Develop Ground Segment Software with a system-level perspective, ensuring integration of components
Draft proposals and define project requirements for SATCOM domain
Create and manage detailed project plans, with scope, budget, and timelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve technical processes
Contribute in technical reviews and propose improvements

Requisitos principales

Bachelor's or Master's in Telecommunications Engineering or related field
Experience in Ground Segment Software development with a system-level perspective
Proven track record in managing and delivering complex projects
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and collaboration across diverse teams
High level of English proficiency
SATCOM technologies: DTP, BFN, OBP; Network 5G, LEO constellations, routing algorithms
Knowledge of Kubernetes, microservices, and modern software development practices (Agile, DevOps)
Basic level of French
