In this strategic role, you will lead the Pricing & Commercial Conditions workstream within the iShift program to roll out standardized end-to-end processes across regions. You will align system design, configuration, and business needs while driving change management and stakeholder engagement. You will oversee testing and collaborate with Global Process Leads to refine processes, providing strategic direction to delivery teams. This position offers impact across global processes and system improvements in a high-impact, transformation-focused environment.

Responsabilidades

Data gathering and validation across business units to map pricing and commercial conditions
Define and monitor KPIs for contracts and pricing processes
Lead gap analysis between current practices and S/4HANA design (Vistex, CCCM, SD)
Coordinate design and scaffold documentation standards (Signavio) and design review sessions
Guide translation of business requirements into functional specs for pricing and commercial conditions
Manage K-user strategy, testing schedules, and training material development
Oversee change management activities and stakeholder engagement at senior levels
Governance and risk management for Commercial policy, Pricing & Commercial Conditions implementation
Coordinate cross-functional alignment between Trade & Revenue Management, Finance, and Order to Cash
Ensure continuous improvement and automation opportunities in pricing and commercial processes
Provide executive reporting on implementation progress and outcomes
Lead levels of sign-off and deployment readiness across regions
Hypercare strategy and post-go-live support for pricing processes

Requisitos principales

7+ years in Commercial policy, Pricing & Commercial Conditions and large-scale transformation programs
Extensive SAP implementation experience (S/4HANA, MDG, Vistex preferred)
Strong understanding of end-to-end Trade & Revenue Management and order-to-cash
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex environments
Experience in process optimization and efficiency improvements
Leadership and stakeholder management with senior-level influence
Fluent English; French/Spanish a plus
PMP or PROSCI certification is a plus
