Experteer Overview

In this role within the O2S Global Process Owner team, you will support customer master data management within the S/4HANA framework to enable standardized end-to-end processes across regions. You will collaborate with Global Process Leads to shape design and improvements, assist in validation and testing, and contribute to change management and stakeholder engagement. You will work with K-users and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into functional specs and support continuous improvement and hypercare. This is a hands-on role that ties data governance to global process standardization and program delivery.

Responsabilidades

  • Assist data gathering for customer master data across regions
  • Perform initial data validation to identify inconsistencies
  • Document business scenarios and as-is processes for data management
  • Support gap analysis between current practices and S/4HANA core model
  • Contribute to design documentation and design authority escalations
  • Maintain customer data design documentation (Signavio)
  • Coordinate testing schedules and support K-user testing
  • Assist in change management and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Support deployment, hypercare, and transition to BAU
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and automation opportunities

Requisitos principales

  • 3-5 years' experience in Customer Master Data Management
  • Experience in transformation programs involving customer data
  • Familiarity with SAP implementation projects, particularly S/4HANA and MDG
  • Understanding of customer data management within order-to-cash processes
  • Knowledge of data governance principles
