In this role, you will lead the SAP S/4HANA Greenfield program across multiple countries and entities, steering strategy, roadmap and integration efforts. You will collaborate with global internal and external teams to deliver scalable SAP solutions aligned with Fluidra’s transformation goals. You’ll act as the main liaison to stakeholders and BPOs, oversee budget and team development, and ensure smooth application support. This is a high-impact position shaping the SAP landscape in a multinational manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades
- Define SAP strategy and roadmap for PP, PM, QM modules
- Coordinate internal and external teams across global projects
- Serve as main contact for stakeholders and BPOs
- Oversee application support, budget tracking, and team development
- Deliver scalable SAP solutions aligned with transformation goals
Requisitos principales
- 15+ years SAP experience including S/4HANA rollouts
- Proven leadership in large multinational environments
- Strong knowledge of SAP architecture and integration
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
