As a Solutions Architect at Omega CRM, you will shape client solutions within a leading CXM environment, bridging business needs and technical delivery. You’ll support presales, assess risks, and coordinate across service lines to ensure impactful outcomes for complex projects. You will drive methodologies and develop talent, strengthening the team’s ability to deliver high-value experiences. This role offers the chance to influence customer journeys at scale within a renowned Merkle and Dentsu-backed organization.

Responsabilidades

  • Build industry and market expertise to provide benchmark guidance to clients
  • Analyze proposals and support the sales team with technical input
  • Coordinate with other service lines to bring in specialized knowledge when needed
  • Identify and manage commercial risk during presales and communicate risks to Operations
  • Lead involvement in delivering complex, high-risk projects alongside Operations
  • Develop new methodologies to improve area outcomes and impact
  • Establish and execute a clear communication strategy for the team’s objectives
  • Develop and manage team talent, including tools for better people and objective management
  • Conduct data-driven analysis to share actionable insights with the team and remove obstacles
  • Support and motivate team members to align with area objectives

Requisitos principales

  • 4+ years in a similar role (Project Manager / Solution Architect)
  • Strong foundation in platform functionality and development
  • Excellent organization, time management, conflict and priority management
  • English proficiency
  • Experience gathering and interpreting business information and internal client processes
  • Software proficiency related to core technologies of the applications to be implemented
  • Collaboration with various business areas and technology teams to improve services and CX
