As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, you will shape marketing automation strategies and martech implementations for Omega CRM. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to design scalable cloud architectures, map customer journeys, and activate automated communications. You will diagnose issues, run tests, and document performance to ensure effective marketing operations. This role combines hands-on implementation with strategic guidance to drive impactful, data-driven campaigns.

Responsabilidades

Investigate, design, and recommend innovative marketing automation and martech solutions
Analyze marketing automation and martech implementations
Assist in high-level architecture design for marketing automation by selecting suitable platforms
Implement cloud marketing infrastructure and architecture
Create policies for activating automated communications mapping the customer journey
Perform basic and specialized marketing tasks to support automation
Ensure effective utilization of automated cloud communications
Determine processes suitable for cloud execution in marketing automation implementations
Organize assets and structure automations for cloud deployment
Provide functional consulting to ensure automated communications run smoothly
Implement automated communications and marketing automation to meet customer needs across touchpoints
Stay updated with latest marketing technology solutions and innovations
Conduct tests, diagnose errors, and resolve issues in martech tools
Document processes and monitor system performance metrics
