As Sales Executive for Be Casa Sant Cugat, you drive leasing and occupancy by turning prospects into residents. You will support marketing and revenue goals, coordinate tours, and manage resident administration to secure leases. You work with a cross-functional team to enhance knowledge of the community and market. You will handle data updates, qualify leads, and follow up on documentation and payments. This role offers a front-line opportunity to impact occupancy and resident experience within a global real estate platform.
Responsabilidades
- Respond to incoming sales inquiries promptly to meet targets
- Initiate proactive outbound contact to convert leads
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of community, amenities, units, and local area
- Ensure accurate data capture in systems and contact records
- Plan daily activities to maximize leases
- Convert prospects into appointments and viewing bookings
- Support all communities with cross-selling based on resident needs
- Follow up on documentation, contracts, and payments
- Manage lease cancellations according to assets and platform usage
- Route non-sales inquiries to appropriate handling
Requisitos principales
- Good general level of education demonstrating literacy and numeracy
- Advanced level of English and Spanish
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and booking systems/ databases (e.g., Salesforce)
- Competent in using online and web-based research tools
- Fluent verbal and written English communication
- Additional language skills desirable
