As the Sales Account Executive Team Lead for the Portuguese market, you will coach and drive a high-performing AE team focused on the Expenses feature of our HR software. You will shape sales strategy, mentor reps, and own the end-to-end sales cycle with executive stakeholders. This role combines leadership, strategic account planning, and data-driven forecasting to exceed quotas in a fast-growing, international SaaS environment. You will play a pivotal part in expanding our footprint in Portugal and shaping how we win in a competitive market.

Responsabilidades

Lead and mentor a team of Sales Account Executives for the Portuguese Market
Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture with accountability
Own management of sales-qualified deals and improve the customer experience in the Expenses sales cycle
Identify, engage, and guide prospects through the decision journey to closure
Develop innovative account plans and strategies to surpass quotas using consultative selling
Negotiate with C-Suite and VP-Level executives to drive mutually beneficial outcomes
Provide accurate activity and revenue forecasts to sales leadership
