As Sales Account Executive Team Lead, you drive revenue growth in the French market by leading and coaching a group of Account Executives through the full B2B SaaS sales cycle. You balance hands-on closing with strategic guidance, shaping outbound efforts, account planning, and cross-functional alignment. Your leadership strengthens relationships with C‑level stakeholders and accelerates the sales process across SDRs, Marketing, Product, and CX. This role combines accountability for your pipeline with the responsibility to scale a high-performing sales team in a fast-growing company.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage your own sales pipeline while supporting AEs throughout the full sales cycle
  • Coach and develop the AE team to meet and exceed targets
  • Build consultative relationships with C‑level and VP-level stakeholders
  • Lead outbound strategy and account planning to identify and pursue opportunities
  • Collaborate with SDRs, Marketing, Product, and CX to accelerate the sales cycle
  • Ensure forecast accuracy and provide visibility on pipeline and revenue potential
  • Champion French market expansion by refining messaging and creating scalable playbooks
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to share insights, market feedback, and process improvements

Requisitos principales

  • French expert with professional English
  • Hunter + Farmer mentality and strong work ethic
  • Minimum 2 years of closing B2B SaaS or digital transformation experience
  • Experience leading a team of Account Executives
  • Adept at data analysis and developing commercial strategy
  • Excellent communicator with rapid rapport-building and empathy
  • Proactive in generating ideas and taking ownership of activities
