Experteer Overview

In this role, you will own local risk management, acting as a second line of defense and supporting risk governance. You will lead risk assessments for strategic projects and provide risk opinions to EXCOM as needed. You will establish governance with GMs, monitor KRIs, and drive remediation with audit teams, contributing to a strong risk culture across Group Operations. You will work in an international, cross-functional setting to deliver timely, high-quality risk deliverables that align with the Risk Framework.

Responsabilidades

Deliver risk BAU aligned with Risk Framework (identification, quantification, and campaigns)
Monitor loss identification and KRIs for your scope
Build relationships with GMs and AXA GO executives through O2O and monthly Risk & Compliance meetings
Manage task delivery and prioritization with support from your manager
Raise alerts for sensitive situations or workload issues
Provide risk assessments on demand for projects/contracts (e.g., IT refresh)
Drive projects per annual risk management plan
Act as Audit Remediation support to secure timely remediation
Ensure governance to implement risk framework by first line of defense
Support audit remediation plan ownership and follow-through
Deliver second opinions on topics like critical contracts or GO EXCOM requests
Support risk project framework in strategic initiatives
Serve as point of contact for risk within scope and ensure follow-up with leadership
Maintain deployment of internal control framework across Group Operations
Improve risk awareness and risk culture across the organization
