As a RISK ESG Analyst, you join the RISK ESG team within the CTO/COO/COS function to support cross-functional, international projects. You will develop ESG risk management training, shape the communications strategy, and prepare reporting for committees. You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders and assist the Chief of Staff in related activities, contributing to the group’s risk governance and ESG initiatives. The role blends project management, training content creation, and internal communications in a dynamic, international setting.

Responsabilidades

Manage cross-functional international projects
Support RISK ESG Campus initiatives and communities
Develop training content for ESG topics
Contribute to culture and wellbeing projects within the team
Organize training and awareness sessions for ESG stakeholders
Support the program management office
Prepare communications highlighting ESG teams and projects
Create PPT presentations for meetings and committees
Adapt as a versatile team member to various needs

Requisitos principales

University degree in Finance, Economics, or Business
At least 5 years of experience in the banking industry
Experience in ESG is beneficial
Proven expertise in risk management and project management
Experience in cross-functional environments
Fluent in English; Spanish and French are assets
Strong analytical and synthesis skills
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and excellent written/verbal communication
Independent, proactive, and highly organized
