In this role you will own and evolve Preply’s go-to-market system landscape, blending system architecture with hands-on delivery. You’ll lead a small, high-performing team to scale Salesforce, HubSpot, and connected tools while ensuring data integrity and streamlined processes. Your work will drive automation, improve forecasting, and support revenue growth through cross-functional partnerships. Responsabilidades
- Own design, optimization, and health of GTM system landscape (Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Vitally, Intercom)
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable integrations
- Lead architecture evolution, data structure maintenance, and reduction of technical debt
- Drive tool adoption with documentation, enablement, and user-friendly workflows
- Identify and implement automation across lead scoring, routing, deal management, and renewal workflows
- Build standardized playbooks and process documentation for repeatable execution
- Roll out tools and processes with clear training and adoption metrics
- Own data accuracy and governance across CRM and connected systems
- Build self-serve dashboards (Looker) for funnel, forecasting, churn, and velocity
- Provide strategic data insights to senior leadership to inform GTM decisions
- Partner with StratOps on data models for forecasting, compensation, and territory planning
- Manage GTM tooling roadmap, budget, and vendor relationships
- Evaluate new technologies and AI integrations to boost productivity and insight generation
- Lead and mentor a small team of system specialists or analysts; foster cross-functional collaboration
- Champion system thinking across GTM with clear documentation and processes
Requisitos principales
- 5–8+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, or Sales/Marketing Ops in fast-scaling B2B SaaS
- Deep technical expertise in Salesforce (architecture, admin, automation)
- Strong understanding of GTM processes and data flows (lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-renewal)
- Experience with BI/reporting tools (Looker, Tableau, Google Data Studio)
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Familiarity with no-code automation tools (Zapier, Workato, n8n) and API integrations
- Experience leading teams and cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills
- Strong analytical mindset with detail-orientation and pragmatism
