In this role you maximize revenue by implementing the revenue management strategy and pricing trips on assigned routes, while monitoring performance within a regulatory framework. You will work with network, ancillaries, digital, systems, pricing, and sales to align pricing and optimize supply-demand. You’ll analyze market trends, benchmark against competitors, and adjust strategies to protect and grow income. The position offers cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic, high-impact environment with a focus on data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

Set and manage seat price points using forecasting models and signals to define target revenue curves per flight
Analyze routes to determine optimal price points based on market and commercial needs
Study future trends, seasonality, and competitor actions to shape pricing strategies
Identify improvement opportunities from flight data and recommend strategic adjustments
Monitor competitor dashboards and adapt pricing accordingly
Communicate market and route revenue performance to upper management
Collaborate with networks/ancillaries and other stakeholders to align revenue strategies with business objectives
Contribute to continuous improvement through feedback loops and lessons learned
Handle additional duties as assigned related to the role
