In this role you will support BNP Paribas Risk ESG in Madrid by tracking and interpreting ESG regulations, helping embed ESG requirements into risk frameworks, and contributing to external disclosures. You will work within a transversal team interfacing with risk, sustainability, and regulatory functions across Europe. You will influence methods and tools for materiality analyses, value chain assessments, and transition plans, driving practical ESG risk integration. This is a hands-on, cross‑functional position offering exposure to strategic regulatory developments and big‑picture ESG risk management.

Responsabilidades

Monitor upcoming and draft EU ESG regulations and provide regulatory insights
Support risk teams in integrating ESG expectations into risk management
Lead gap analyses and drive remediation action plans
Co-design methodologies and ESG tools with workshops and cross‑functional teams
Coordinate inputs for ESG risk disclosures and ensure quality across regions
Engage with regulators and industry groups to advocate and exchange best practices

Requisitos principales

5-8 years in financial sector with exposure to risk management or regulatory topics
Familiarity with risk frameworks in large organisations
Proactive interest in deepening ESG expertise
English and French proficiency
Proficient with MS Office tools
