In this leadership role, you own EMEA regulatory oversight for ADM H&W’s microbiome-based food supplements, ensuring safety, efficacy, and compliance. You will drive regulatory dossiers, secure approvals, and oversee post-market activities to maintain quality and trust. You’ll collaborate across R&D, commercial, and legal teams to enable market access and sustainable growth. A key focus is translating regulatory trends into actionable guidance that supports innovation and business goals. This role offers a chance to shape regulatory strategy and lead a small team in a dynamic, science-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

Ensure regulatory compliance and strategic support for microbiome-based food supplements in EMEA
Lead regulatory risk assessments and mitigation plans
Coordinate regulatory submissions and approvals for EU and national registrations
Act as primary regulatory contact for EMEA manufacturing sites and maintain compliant documentation
Maintain RSA Health & Wellness regulatory databases (EU/UK) and oversee change control and stakeholder access
Represent ADM in regulatory forums and industry associations related to food supplements and biotics
Translate regulatory trends into actionable guidance to enable compliance and opportunities
Drive continuous improvement of regulatory processes, systems, and delivery to stakeholders
Partner with cross-functional teams (R&D, Sales, Marketing, Legal) to support innovation and lifecycle management
Lead and mentor a small regulatory team with clear objectives and performance development

Requisitos principales

7+ years of experience in regulatory affairs within food supplements
Proven track record with EU and national registrations and complex submissions
Strong understanding of EMEA regulatory frameworks (EFSA, Novel Foods, Nutrition & Health Claims)
Master’s degree in Nutrition, Biotechnology, or related field
PhD is a plus
Experience in regulatory advocacy or industry representation desirable
Cross-functional collaboration and strategic planning skills
Hands-on experience with regulatory systems (e.g., RIMS) and documentation platforms (plus)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to lead and develop a small team
Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
