In this role you will manage regulatory documentation for our flavorings products, ensuring compliance and timely delivery to customers. You will work within the Regulatory Affairs Documentation Department to prepare and validate documents, support teammates, and drive regulatory projects. You’ll use in-house data systems and SOPs to maintain high quality standards. Responsabilidades

Collate and evaluate BU requests to ensure complete, timely, compliant documentation
Prepare regulatory documents ensuring product compliance and quality
Utilize in-house data management systems to generate regulatory documents
Prepare and validate Standard Operating Procedures
Provide support and guidance to Regulatory Assistants and Technicians
Participate and/or Lead Regulatory Projects

Requisitos principales

University Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy or related field
2-3 years regulatory affairs experience, ideally in flavorings
Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, IS tools)
Proficiency in English and Spanish
Organized, data-driven with attention to detail
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Flexibility to support business needs and to work during bank holidays
