In this role you drive delivery assurance across selected consulting projects, shaping risk and quality controls to safeguard project outcomes. You will work within the Global Delivery Assurance team to ensure processes are followed from pre-sales risk reviews through delivery, influencing stakeholders and enabling successful, multinational implementations. The position offers strategic impact in a growing SAP-focused environment and opportunities to collaborate across regions.

Responsabilidades

Implement and execute Delivery Assurance Processes for selected Consulting projects
Conduct independent risk reviews during the bid phase
Perform risk assessments as part of handover and during execution
Manage operative risk and ensure mitigation actions are followed
Lead Quality Assurance reviews on selected processes
Financial monitoring of projects
Escalation qualification and recovery for project escalations
Support continuous improvement of Risk & QA Management processes within the region

Requisitos principales

>5 years' experience in SAP complex project delivery (project manager or program manager)
Multinational project experience recommended
>3 years' experience in Risk Management and QA Reviews
Strong autonomy and ability to work with multi-profile teams
Excellent communication with all management levels and employees
Ability to influence stakeholders and motivate teams
Willingness to travel 20–40%
Fluent in written and spoken English; other languages preferred
