In this role you drive regional commercial excellence for Sulzer's Water & Industrial BU in Spain, enabling data-driven decisions and shaping a scalable sales organization. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to improve sales efficiency, design KPIs and dashboards, and implement Lean Six Sigma improvements. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations and IT to standardize workflows and optimize CRM for better insights. Responsabilidades

Lead strategic initiatives to improve sales process efficiency and effectiveness
