In this role you will lead regional operational and systems projects across multiple DCs, driving cost efficiency and system optimization. You will align with Coty’s global standards while addressing regional business needs through Masterplan execution and Change Management. You’ll own internal control frameworks, ensure compliance, and oversee inventory accuracy across sites. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights and advance digital transformation. This position offers the opportunity to shape regional logistics, drive transformation, and work with diverse geographies.

Responsabilidades

Lead regional operational and systems projects across multiple DCs
Drive system enhancements and integrations with global/regional IT teams
Own internal control frameworks and ensure site compliance
Oversee inventory accuracy and stock control protocols
Deliver performance reporting and insights
Champion continuous improvement and digital transformation
Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional teams

Requisitos principales

Degree in Industrial Engineering
> 3 years of experience in the area
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across geographies and cultures
Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Digitally savvy and committed to Coty's digital transformation journey
Knowledge of Warehousing and Warehouse Management Systems
Advanced SAP knowledge
Proven experience leading regional or multi-site logistics/supply chain projects
Expertise in internal controls and compliance in logistics or distribution
High autonomy, rigor, and resilience
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and oral)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Dynamic, results-oriented and proactive person
