Responsabilidades

Study market needs with other departments to identify new R&D opportunities
Evaluate clinical practice of the tool for external and internal clients
Manage and supervise objectives, programs, and policies for the area
Organize resources and establish control parameters to track progress
Collaborate with other departments on requirements for new products/processes
Supervise improvement projects and design processes
Coordinate transfer of processes to manufacturing
Stay updated on new technologies and promote investigation of new technologies
Drive compliance with processes and Quality, Safety, and Environmental standards
Foster training and professional development of personnel under supervision
