As a Quality Engineer focused on automation, you own the automation strategy within a product engineering team. You lead the design and evolution of scalable automated testing frameworks, driving test quality and coverage. You mentor Quality Engineers and communicate outcomes to stakeholders to set the standard for quality across the organization. You collaborate with DevOps and cloud teams to embed automation in CI/CD, shaping reliable, cloud-native solutions for Life & Health clients.

Responsabilidades

Proactively lead QA initiatives to ensure high-quality deliverables for end-clients
Design, develop, and improve scalable test automation frameworks across multiple product lines
Evaluate and integrate test automation tools to optimize efficiency and reliability
Write and enforce automated test scripts following internal coding standards
Collaborate with DevOps and cloud teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines

Requisitos principales

Hands-on test automation with strong CI/CD experience
Proven QA strategy execution and unification of QA processes
Experience designing automation for complex architectures (services, files, databases)
Experience testing front-end and back-end components
Solid background in Enterprise Java technologies
Proficient in Java/J2EE, REST, JUnit/TestNG
Experience with Selenium/WebDriver/Grid, Cucumber, TestNG/JUnit, JMeter/BlazeMeter
REST API testing, data validation, and integration testing
Experience with automation tools/frameworks like WDIO, SoapUI, Postman, Protractor, Rest Assured, PyTest
Strong regression and compatibility testing
Experience leading automation teams and providing technical guidance
Azure environment experience; understanding of Kubernetes and containerization
