Join BASF Digital Hub Madrid as a DevOps Engineer focused on testing. You’ll help design, build, and refine an internal testing platform and CoE that supports BASF AP digital products at a global scale. You’ll collaborate with Digital Product Delivery teams to shape test strategies, ensure reliability, and apply QA insights to improve processes. This role blends testing expertise with DevOps to enable safer, faster software updates in a multinational setting. You’ll work in a cross-functional, innovative environment that values learning and diverse perspectives.

Responsabilidades

Design and develop test programs to validate software during development and before major deployments
Collaborate with Digital Product Delivery teams to define comprehensive test cases and testing approaches
Provide feedback and recommendations to improve testing processes and address issues
Apply bug prevention and early feedback to support digital product teams with QA methodologies
Contribute in test design, performance testing, test architecture, and configuration management
Offer feedback and corrective recommendations to Digital Product Delivery on testing issues
Produce formal test documentation and communicate clearly
Stay updated on new technologies and best practices to bring innovative solutions

Requisitos principales

Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Data Analytics, Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or IT-related field (e.g., business informatics)
3-5 years of project management and governance experience in digital transformation or enterprise IT projects
Strong communication and presentation skills
Deep knowledge of asset and portfolio management, data management ecosystems and governance
Experience with Data Management systems, IT environments, analysis methods, project controlling, and BASF business processes
Experience with SAP R/3 basics and overview
Expert skills in presentation, moderation, project management and negotiation
Advanced English
