In this role, you will drive the expansion of ABB’s robotics offerings into laboratory automation, working within the Service Robotics Operations team to deliver medium-size projects. You’ll guide cross-functional teams to meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets in healthcare, life sciences, and lab environments. You’ll shape technical solutions, manage risks, and ensure successful contract close-out, delivering measurable impact. This is a collaborative, innovation-driven position at a global leader shaping automation in critical labs.
Responsabilidades
- Lead the execution of medium-size projects from proposal through close-out
- Oversee project planning, control of internal/external resources and budgeting
- Clarify requirements with customers, define scope, and design technical–commercial solutions
- Coordinate vendor evaluations, risk management, and issue resolution
- Drive formal project acceptance, contract close-out, and customer acknowledgment
- Monitor progress, resource utilization, and financial performance
- Identify and pursue project opportunities and risks
- Ensure compliance with procedures, regulations, and standards
Requisitos principales
- 8 years of experience in robotics, automation, or laboratory technologies with a track record in regulated environments
- Hands-on experience supporting proposal phases (customer discussions, scope adjustment, cost estimation, vendor coordination)
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
- Degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, Computer Science, or related field
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Familiarity with laboratory automation domain and life sciences market is a plus
- Experience delivering complex projects and comprehensive technical/commercial documentation
