In this role you lead data center projects for Ingenostrum, driving successful delivery from planning to closeout. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and maintain relationships with CIOs and IT teams at clients. You help scale our energy-efficient data center initiatives and ensure safe, compliant execution. This is a high-growth opportunity to shape large-scale infrastructure projects and partner with industry experts.

Responsabilidades

Lead project teams and set guidelines, assign tasks, and supervise internal and external resources
Organize and maintain documentation for each data center project
Support business development within the project area and optimize processes
Coordinate with Project Controls to define and track resource plans and project documents
Monitor progress and financials including billing, costs, expenses and cash flow
Identify, assess and manage project risks and maintain opportunity tracking
Capture and share lessons learned; ensure formal project closeout and client acceptance
Live safety and integrity values and ensure accountability within the team

Requisitos principales

5+ years of Data Center project management experience
10+ years in construction project management as Site Manager or Project Manager
Leadership and coordination of multidisciplinary teams
Strong project planning, scheduling, and cost control
Client relationship management and effective reporting
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Engineering degree in relevant field (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Telecommunication, Public Works)
