In this role you lead cross-product line projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets and deliverables meet high quality standards. You will align multiple departments (Applied Innovation, production) across business units on strategic efforts, driving collaboration and effective communication. With a strong R&D project management background, you help scale delivery-system and surfactant solutions, including cosmetic and personal care applications. This position offers exposure to innovative, sustainability-focused initiatives within a global organization.

Responsabilidades

Manage project timelines, budgets and resources to secure successful completion
Create project plans and schedules and monitor progress
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Applied Innovation, regulatory, engineering, manufacturing) to meet deliverables
Identify and manage project risks and develop contingency plans
Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
Provide regular project updates to senior management

Requisitos principales

University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Nanotechnology or related areas
Master or PhD preferred; technicians with Bachelor level and >5 years experience considered under certain circumstances
Profound knowledge of colloidal chemistry and nanotechnology, especially in delivery systems and surfactants
Experience with lab and production-scale equipment for emulsions and delivery system technologies
Knowledge of cosmetics applications, cosmetic actives and personal care is a plus
Fluency in English and Spanish
Strong leadership and communication skills; experience with intercultural, cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of project management software and tools
