In this role you will grow ABB's robotics business by expanding into laboratory automation, working within the Service Robotics Operations team to deliver automation advancements for healthcare, life sciences, and diagnostics. You will lead medium-size projects, ensuring adherence to procedures, standards and targets, while coordinating cross-functional teams to meet contracted deliverables. You will engage customers during proposals, define scope, assess risks, and manage resources and finances to drive meaningful impact. Responsabilidades

Lead the execution of medium-size projects from initiation to close-out
Oversee planning, monitoring and control of internal and external resources
Support proposal phase with customer discussions, scope definition, risk assessment, and vendor evaluations
Manage project progress, resource utilization and financials
Identify, qualify, quantify and manage project risks and opportunities
Drive formal project acceptance, contract close-out and customer acknowledgment
Ensure compliance with procedures, regulations, standards and specifications

Requisitos principales

4 years of experience in robotics, automation, or laboratory technologies with a track record of delivering complex projects in regulated environments
Hands-on experience supporting proposal phases, including requirements elicitation, scope adjustment, solution design and cost estimation
Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving and cross-functional leadership skills
Degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, Computer Science, or a related field
