In this role you will lead cross-product line projects from inception to completion, coordinating diverse departments to meet timelines, budgets, and quality. You will work within a R&D and production-oriented environment to drive strategic initiatives and deliverables across Applied Innovation, regulatory, engineering, and manufacturing. The position offers collaboration with intercultural teams and a focus on delivering delivery system and surfactant technologies for cosmetics and personal care. Responsabilidades

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion
Develop project plans and schedules, and monitor progress
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are met
Identify and manage project risks and contingency plans
Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Provide regular project updates to senior management

Requisitos principales

University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Nanotechnology or related areas
Master or PhD preferred; technicians with Bachelor level and >5 years experience considered under certain circumstances
Profound knowledge of colloidal chemistry and nanotechnology, preferably in delivery systems and surfactants
Experience with lab and production-scale equipment for emulsions and delivery system technologies
Knowledge of cosmetic and pharmaceutical delivery system technologies
Cosmetics actives and Personal Care knowledge a plus
Fluent in English and Spanish
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience working with intercultural and cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of project management software and tools
