As Project Development Manager in Valencia, you will drive regional sales growth by identifying and prioritizing strategic construction projects. You’ll support the sales force to win new built projects across civil and industrial infrastructure, including stadiums, high-rise buildings, hospitals, and more. You will leverage Sherwin-Williams coating technologies to deliver value solutions. This role partners with cross-functional teams to execute the regional business development plan and shape our growth in the market.
Responsabilidades
- Identify and prioritize new built construction opportunities in civil and industrial sectors in the Valencia region
- Support and enable the sales team to secure projects aligned with the regional business development plan
- Engage with customers to understand coating technology needs (fireproofing, flooring, anti-corrosion, insulative coatings) and provide value solutions
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to move opportunities through the sales cycle
- Contribute to regional growth metrics and strategic initiatives
- Assist in shaping project-focused strategies for high-impact infrastructure clients
