Responsabilidades

Manage project change management logs and processes, including monthly reviews with leadership and SMEs
Develop project control procedures and solutions for capital project delivery
Lead monthly risk management processes and reporting to project leadership
Support contingency development and drawdown planning
Coordinate change management cadence (weekly/monthly) with regular leadership reporting
Audit changes for alignment with subcontractor agreements and project procedures
Coordinate with project controls to incorporate changes and risks into cost forecasts and schedules

Requisitos principales

Bachelor's degree (engineering/architecture/construction management or related field preferred)
Proven experience in project controls, change and/or risk management
Experience in complex matrix environments
Construction industry experience required
Exemplary communication and reporting skills (oral and written)
