Experteer Overview

As a Line Engineer in Coty’s Granollers operations, you will drive line efficiency and standardization across a high-volume cosmetics production environment. You’ll partner with maintenance, engineering, quality and HR to improve OEE, reduce waste, and implement training. You’ll lead process improvements, ensure safe practices, and support new initiatives in a fast-paced, international setting. Responsabilidades

Define and standardize line procedures for startup, stoppages, changeovers, cleaning, and consumables management
Monitor and improve line performance metrics (OEEs, rejection rates, wastage, timings) and analyze root causes
Identify quality devices and oversee calibration programs
Propose and implement improvements to reduce deviations related to OEE, cost, quality, and safety
Coordinate resources to solve line anomalies and support module process improvements
Lead line personnel training needs and execution
Maintain visual management of the line and ensure safe operating procedures
Participate in launching new initiatives and cross-functional collaboration
Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, quality and HR to optimize machine, facility, and human resources performance

Requisitos principales

Engineering degree
2 years of experience in a similar industrial role (pharmacy, food, cosmetics, automotive)
Advanced user in Excel and PowerPoint
Analytical thinking
Strong communication skills
Good command of English (written and spoken)
