Product Owner Digital Property Registry (DPR)

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Owner to lead the development and continuous improvement of the Digital Property Registry (DPR) process and platform. This role involves defining product vision, managing the product backlog, leading process of implementation and ensuring that the platform meets legal, technical, and user needs in the domain of property digitization, ownership verification, and digital asset management. The ideal candidate combines strong technical understanding with a sharp sense of business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the product vision for the Digital Property Registry process and platform.
• Define clear scope for Digital Property Registry.
• Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements through research, analytics, and stakeholder feedback.
• Translate requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with all Stakeholders
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives using Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Analyze product value and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of DPR process.
• 3+ years of experience in product management for digital products.
• Proven success in launching and scaling digital products.
• Strong understanding of Agile development processes and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Strong skill of presenting outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data tools.

- Project details:
Location: Preferred in Barcelona but can be 100% remote in Spain.
- IV process: 1st IV with the Manager
