In this hybrid Barcelona-based role, you will own the hotel connectivity and content strategy for the accommodation product, guiding a pod of engineers to boost direct contracted bookings and partner engagement. You’ll manage integrations with OTAs, wholesalers, and channel managers, and oversee the Extranet for hoteliers, driving conversion and market insights. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you shape long-term product strategy and ensure reliable connectivity performance. This role offers impact at scale within a global travel platform and a culture that values experimentation and agility.

Responsabilidades
- Shape long-term product strategy to enhance the platform
- Lead and specify the integration work with external providers and internal tools
- Own connectivities from specs to go-live, maintenance and KPIs
- Manage the product backlog with epics and stories
- Collaborate with Agile Coaches to improve pod outcomes
- Coordinate with Hotel B2B stakeholders to solve problems
- Align content/services with B2C platform to improve conversions
- Drive SCRUM ceremonies and lifecycle product management
- Monitor daily KPIs and product performance
- Proactively manage scope changes and crises
- Engage external account managers for partner relationships
- Present to senior management and external partners
Requisitos principales
- Hands-on API development experience
- Background as Developer/Architect transitioning to Product or experienced technical Product Owner/Manager
- Experience in hotels (B2B or B2C) and/or API integrations is valued
- Ability to inspire frontend developers for intuitive UI solutions in hotelier extranet
- Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent analytical, data-driven mindset
- Passion for product and technology; problem solver in fast-paced settings
- Proficient English
