As Head of Product, Front Office within Business Apps, you guide a cross-functional team to productize scalable Front Office use cases using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. You collaborate closely with customers, sales, engineering, and UX to shape a roadmap that accelerates value realization for customer-facing processes. You will influence product strategy, GTM, and cross-org alignment to push Celonis’ front-office solutions to wide adoption. This is an opportunity to impact how sales, service, marketing, and commerce teams operate at scale.

Responsabilidades

Lead and mentor a team of product managers focused on Front Office use cases
Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap within the Business Apps context
Engage with customers to understand pain points in Procurement and adjacent areas
Own the full product lifecycle from ideation to scaling solutions across Celonis customers
Leverage the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform to create innovative Front Office solutions
Collaborate with platform PMs and engineers to guide feature development
Partner with UX to shape user experience for the products
Align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Value Engineering and Sales

Requisitos principales

8+ years of experience in operational Front Office functions or related roles
Deep knowledge of CRM, Sales and Service Automation, Marketing and Commerce Platforms
Strong track record in product development and GTM strategies
Experience in product marketing, messaging, and positioning
Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Fluent in English; German is a plus
Knowledge of CX market trends
Experience with cross-functional collaboration and taking products to market
