In this role, you drive procurement excellence within Grifols’ Biopharma division, aligning policies, master data standards, and supplier activities to maximize efficiency. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Purchasing, Quality, R&D, Production, and IT to mitigate supply chain risks and standardize processes across the division. You help shape a data-driven, compliant purchasing function that supports growth and operational resilience. This position offers the chance to influence manufacturing enablement at a global healthcare leader and work in a hybrid setup.

Responsabilidades
- Carry out joint Purchasing actions and Supply Chain Risk Mitigation activities
- Define and maintain Master Data Maintenance Procedures within the Biopharma division
- Define and maintain Master Data standards within the Biopharma division
- Define and maintain Purchasing Policies and Procedures within the Biopharma division
- Homogenize and standardize Purchasing processes across all Biopharma Division companies
- Identify areas of collaboration among Purchasing units to achieve savings and better conditions
- Identify main Supply Chain risks and implement action plans for mitigation
- Rationalize IT systems to comply with Policies and Master Data across departments
Requisitos principales
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5 years’ experience in operations / process excellence
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinking, analytical and problem solving skills
- Team player
- Capacity for innovation and generating new ideas
- Ability to gather multiple perspectives and combine them effectively
