In this role you will define and execute the global procurement and supplier management strategy for a cutting-edge semiconductor company. You will work cross-functionally to build a resilient, scalable, and cost-efficient supply chain, with emphasis on technology licenses, electronic components, and high-tech infrastructure. You will mitigate risk and support rapid innovation while aligning with the company’s AI and HPC initiatives. This position offers hybrid work with on-site presence four days a week and a high-impact, strategic focus.

Responsabilidades
- Define and execute global procurement and supplier management strategy
- Lead complex commercial negotiations with strategic suppliers
- Build a resilient, scalable, and cost-efficient supply chain
- Mitigate supply chain risk and support rapid innovation
- Model and optimise supply chains for resilience and lead-time management
- Oversee procurement related to electronic components, assemblies, and IP licenses
- Implement or manage ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organization
Requisitos principales
- 5+ years in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles within electronics/semiconductors/high-tech environments
- Proven experience managing strategic suppliers and leading complex commercial negotiations
- Strong knowledge of electronic components, assemblies, and semiconductor supply chains
- Experience modelling and optimising supply chains for resilience and lead-time management
- Hands-on ERP experience (SAP preferred)
- Fluent English
