As a Wealth Management professional, you will cultivate and manage long-term client relationships, coordinating a team to deliver tailored wealth solutions. You will expand client portfolios, align financial goals with holistic services, and leverage digital tools to enhance the client experience. You’ll work across disciplines to translate complex concepts, drive organic growth, and close opportunities that meet client needs. This role offers the chance to shape advisory strategies for sophisticated clients within a collaborative, impact-driven culture.

Responsabilidades

Cultivate and manage deep client relationships as the central contact for complex needs
Develop referrals and leads from internal and external sources
Coordinate cross-disciplinary experts to design and implement customized wealth management strategies
Prepare tailored meeting agendas and presentations with proactive advice
Review client accounts to identify banking, investment, and advisory opportunities
Drive organic growth by expanding relationships and sourcing new clients
Contribute to development of integrated solutions to meet evolving client needs
Engage experts as needed and close sales while ensuring smooth delivery of new services
Incorporate digital capabilities to enhance the client experience

Requisitos principales

Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics
10 - 15 years of industry experience including relationship and portfolio management
MBA or post-graduate degree preferred
CFP, CPA, CFA, CTFA, CFM certificates preferred
Series 7 and 63 required
