As Privacy Program Manager, you will oversee the CIB Data Protection Office within the Risk ORM, acting as a second line of defense for privacy. You will coordinate global data protection governance across Securities Services, Global Markets and Global Banking, working with a diverse, multinational team from Madrid. You’ll lead risk and controls initiatives, drive awareness and training, and ensure privacy-related testing and reporting meet regulatory expectations. This role offers global exposure, cross-country collaboration, and meaningful impact on how personal data is safeguarded within the group.

Responsabilidades

Lead the operations management for the CIB Data Protection Office, setting the roadmap and priorities
Drive initiatives for the worldwide privacy risk framework and governance within CIB
Contribute to committees and forums on privacy risk management
Provide functional support for risk monitoring and reporting using Group tools and metrics
Coordinate the DPO community across territories, informing them of central projects and collecting feedback
Support communications, training, and awareness initiatives related to data protection
Contribute to risk and Group Data Protection reporting responsibilities within the CIB scope
Lead cross-team/global initiatives and projects for the CIB Data Protection Office
Represent the CIB Data Protection Office in data quality improvement efforts in Group tools
Support independent testing campaigns, including process reviews and reperformance controls
Contribute to privacy guidelines for annual Risk and Self-Assessment campaigns
Support actionDefinition and tracking of remediation from control results
Support design and testing for change requests related to data protection tools and processes

Requisitos principales

Solid experience in Project Management
Interest and initial experience in Data Protection and Cyber Security topics (CIPP/E preferred)
Understanding of regulatory environment
Fluent in English; French desired
Experience with risk monitoring and reporting mechanisms
Ability to lead cross-cultural, cross-functional teams
Knowledge of privacy by design concepts and Records of Processing Activities (RPA)
