As a Solutions Architect at Appfire, you will design, implement, and manage complex Atlassian-based solutions for software development, DevOps, and IT administration teams. You will collaborate with service partners, customers, and internal teams to architect innovative use cases and evangelize Atlassian capabilities. You’ll translate technical concepts for diverse audiences and help clients maximize benefits from Atlassian products and cloud infrastructure. This remote role in Spain offers the chance to influence large-scale deployments while working with cross-functional teams. You will help shape solution strategies and stay current with product features to drive value for customers.

Responsabilidades

Design and configure Atlassian-based solutions (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) for software development, DevOps, and sysadmin teams
Collaborate with partners, customers, and internal teams to architect novel, high-value use cases
Provide ongoing consultation and support to clients on Atlassian solutions and cloud infrastructure
Develop technical documentation, training materials, and client resources
Identify issues, propose performance, security, scalability, and availability improvements
Stay up-to-date with product features, releases, and industry trends
Support product teams by identifying features required by customers
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Requisitos principales

4+ years hands-on experience designing, implementing, and managing complex Atlassian or comparable enterprise solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, ITSM, DevOps, and SDLC
Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or SIL
Experience in Linux system administration
Familiarity with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitLab, and other Atlassian products
Proven problem-solving ability and strong time management
Ability to travel as needed
Remote role located in Spain
