Responsabilidades

Maximize value of custom development technologies and platforms
Lead end-to-end technical design and architecture (Cloud Native, Mendix)
Drive AI/ML and Agentic AI integration to enhance solutions
Oversee solution development, align with business requirements, challenge enterprise architecture
Define and enforce coding standards, patterns, and best practices (testing, code quality, security)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes
Troubleshoot complex issues and provide hands-on guidance
Mentor and coach developers and technical staff

Requisitos principales

8-10+ years of designing, delivering enterprise-grade custom solutions in hybrid environments
Expert knowledge of solution architecture, integration patterns, APIs, cloud technologies, and security practices
Proven AI/ML framework experience and curiosity for emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Sagemaker, PyTorch, LLMs)
Hands-on coding/scripting in technologies like AWS, Azure, .NET, Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL, Mendix, PowerApps, ServiceNow
Experience with Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps
Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication
Prior leadership experience with ability to mentor technical teams
