In this role you shape and lead the end-to-end development of custom digital solutions, acting as the go-to expert. You define strategy, roadmap, and hands-on guidance to build scalable, secure systems that meet business needs. You will push AI/ML-driven innovations and mentor peers, while engaging cross-functionally to deliver high-impact outcomes. This is an individual contributor role focused on driving solution excellence in a global, collaborative environment.

Responsabilidades

Maximize value from custom development technologies and platforms
Lead end-to-end technical design and architecture for multiple solution areas (Cloud Native AWS/Azure, Low-Code Mendix)
Drive adoption and integration of AI/ML and Agentic AI to enhance solutions
Oversee development ensuring alignment with business requirements and advise enterprise architecture
Define and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and quality/security practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
Troubleshoot complex issues and provide hands-on guidance
Mentor and coach developers and technical teammates for growth

Requisitos principales

8-10+ years in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade, hybrid (high- and low-code) solutions
Expert knowledge of solution architecture, integration patterns, APIs, cloud technologies, and security practices
Proven expertise in AI/ML frameworks and emerging tech (e.g., AWS SageMaker, PyTorch, LLMs OpenAI/AWS Bedrock)
Hands-on coding/scripting in Cloud (AWS/Azure), .NET, Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL, Mendix, PowerApps, ServiceNow
Experience with Agile delivery, CI/CD, and DevOps
Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication
Prior leadership experience with ability to guide and mentor technical teams
