In this role you will lead跨-functional teams to drive and deliver manufacturing development and real estate initiatives at VistaPrint. You will partner with Manufacturing, Marketing, Finance and Legal to prioritise, scope and refine projects aligned with global growth. You’ll manage end-to-end facilities projects—from new production plants to expansions—balancing scope, schedule and budget. This is an opportunity to shape how VistaPrint scales its facilities globally and standardizes processes across locations. You will work in a dynamic, high-energy environment with cross-functional partners to deliver tangible impact.

Responsabilidades

Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, construction professionals, and vendors across worldwide projects
Plan, scope and execute facilities-related projects from start to finish within schedule and budget
Drive project requirements, priorities and deadlines for new and existing facilities
Provide design and execution expertise in cost estimating, civil, mechanical engineering and architecture
Design and lead tendering processes for AEC services and general contractors
Monitor portfolio costs and investments, analyze deviations and propose corrective actions
Direct project progress through regular leadership-level reporting

Requisitos principales

Bachelor/MSc in Engineering, Architecture or related field
10+ years in project/construction management
Experience in facilities design and execution (architecture; electrical, mechanical, civil)
Background in construction management as client or GC with large industrial projects
Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
Proactive problem-solving and adaptability in a high-energy, international environment
Willingness to travel up to 40% of time
