As Principal Product Manager for Data Innovation, you will own the multi-year strategy for synthetic data and data collaboration products. You’ll translate vast data assets into scalable offerings that reinforce Cint’s competitive edge while safeguarding panelist privacy. You’ll lead cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Data Science, and Commercial teams, shaping a new data-driven growth area. This is a high-impact role that blends technical depth, commercial acumen, and entrepreneurial drive. You’ll tell the story of the product vision and drive measurable adoption and revenue impact.

Responsabilidades

Own the multi-year vision for the Data Innovation portfolio, including synthetic data and data collaboration solutions
Define and drive key business KPIs (adoption, revenue, market penetration) and align stakeholders around the strategy
Lead opportunity assessments with data and customer research, validate assumptions, and prioritize initiatives
Author clear product requirements and partner with R&D to navigate technical trade-offs
Build strong cross-functional partnerships across R&D, Data Science, Commercial, Legal, and Marketing to enable go-to-market
Communicate complex problems and solutions to senior leadership to secure buy-in and alignment

Requisitos principales

Proven track record launching and scaling complex data products, platforms, or services
Customer-obsessed approach translating problems into well-structured product requirements
Experience managing AI/ML product lifecycle, including models (e.g., LLMs) and synthetic data processes
Strong communication skills and ability to partner with senior leadership
Strategic thinker ready to build a new high-growth business line
Innovation mindset working with cutting-edge data technology and R&D teams
Global mindset with experience in distributed, collaborative environments
